A Simple Diet and Exercise Plan for Two Months Weight Loss/Flat Tummy

It is that simple! You can lose as much as 15kg-25kg in just two months with just a simple diet and exercise plan like the one below. I am assuming you don’t have one already. If you do, stick to the one you already have if it is working for you. If you don’t, you can follow the one below. It is 1000 – 1500 calorie food table and it is to guide you on how to best combine different Nigerian foods and their calorie contents. But remember,
the ingredients you add to your meals increases its calorie contents.The instruction before meal is at the top of the meal for the day and the instruction after meal is at the bottom. It’s preferable you skip dinner and eat a heavy lunch at 4pm or eat a very light dinner composing mostly of fruits and vegs if you are too hungry.

What you will need for this two months program are;

  • A tea of your choice preferably from one or more of the camelia sinensis plant
  • A hot water bottle to store your tea and take along wherever you go.
  • A teaspoon for measuring the tea for infusion
  • A standard medium sized tea cup.
  • Lemon to improve taste (This is totally optional)
  •  Consistency and determination 
From the diet and exercise below. The star * means 'Calories don’t count' because there is a minimal amount of calories in these food items and they are really good because they are also packed along with lots of vitamins and fiber.

Along with plank exercises for the abs, you can mix it up with these exercises. The picture is self-explanatory.
