The magic wand for hour glass figures babes like Jessica Alba, Tools, Kim K and several other national and international celebrities. Waist cinchers, seriously? Yes that's it. Not all 8 figures are actually what they seem. Some are 9 and and 10 respectively and it can be really depressing when in reality these users of waist 'cinchers' pretend that it's all 'theirs' no artificials, all theirs.
Some even go as far as lying that they do vigorous ab workout everyday but that's just BS. I am not saying that there aren't any tiny waisted, really sexy coke bottle damsel out there, far from it. All I am saying is, tell us the truth. Let us know if you are all 'natural' on your mid section or not. Give honor to that which honor is due instead of always making young ladies like us think that God might have been really biased in his distribution of tiny waists.
The next time you see an hour glass figure, ask for pictures of naked Abs or do not believe. And for those instagram chicks with excessive hips and really tiny waist? Well personally, I think just a tiny tinny bit of them are real. Some have the waist alright but just slap on fake hips and voila... He he he he. The others? well they have the hips alright but the waists? You guess right!
So dears, having a tiny waist but no hips? Sorry I can't help you here but really, you are very lucky to have what most ladies dream and work really hard to get so maybe you should consider wearing those black padded things traders hang in lingerie shops. But if you have the naturally padded hips, waist trimmers and trainers should be your best friends.
What about Corsets? I guess you are already asking yourself what the difference between them is. Here is how best I can explain.
There are terms like cinchers, trimmers, trainers and just plain corsets and they can be really difficult to tell apart.
To make matters worse, companies and brands aren't even able to make a distinction between them so it becomes really confusing to make the right choice for your needs but don't worry, I am here to guide you through.
Corset are not Waist Trimmers
Often times, Corsets have been confused to be waist trainers or trimmers, who wouldn't? I have been lost once when I was looking to buy a cincher so I understand why alot of ladies would.
Corsets are like the picture above. They are made with cloth or leather materials and have lacing at the back for adjustment. They worn for aesthetic or medical reasons and come in various sizes and have one major function. They shrink your waistline overtime. You don't have to exercise or anything, you just wear them alot, like 12 hours everyday and gradually your waist starts getting smaller.
Ever heard of the woman with the tiniest waist? 15"? You must have. She'd been waist training with a corset for 12 years and she is a mother of two kids.
Warning, corset or waist trimmers in general should be worn with wisdom. Excess waist training can result in a whole lot of health issues like permanently changing the position of your intestines, ruining your ribs or causing the ribs to pierce vital organs.
The waist cinchers or trimmers on the other hand are for keeping your abs fit, for improving posture and for enhancing your appearance. They are generally made of neoprene or spandex and come in different sizes and colors and are either steel or plastic boned but it's necessary to get the one made with spiral steel because it blends with your curve and doesn't choke or hurt.
In recent times, there are those that have been made to look like belts or elastic girdles. Not the type you and I grew up with though (The ones my mum had were literally unadorned, elastic wrapper-like things with metal hooks. I hated those so much because they had the tendency to roll over at the sides and were so uncomfortable), no, these are more comfortable and doesn't roll over.
They are basically exercise trainers and according to some users of specific brands, they can help with a flat stomach by trapping heat when you exercise with them. It is known to work when the heat regulates your abdominal temperature, helping the flow of blood to that region. Consistent use ab workout and healthy eating habits works really well.
Does it work? To an extent, because I have seen some really genuine results on YouTube. The common theme in these stories are consistency, the material and the product brand.
Check out these before and after waist training pics with waist trimmers
Despite these amazing results, some say it isn't fat you loose but water weight. My opinion? No not exactly true. It's only when you don't exercise and eat right. As long as there's consistency with exercise, it does work. It also encourages you to keep going when you start seeing inches coming off.
Personally, I love to use them, they give me a certain tightness after my abs workout and yes, I notice some reduction in inches after each exercise.

Don't have the money to get one of these, you can use a seraphen wrap. It works too with exercise and works great for body firming with a quality toning applicator. I came across a product called 'it works'! Check it out through Google Search. It has pretty amazing reviews for its effectiveness in body firming and cellulite reduction.
